When it came to packaging, it was almost too easy! We’ve done away with single-use plastic and encouraged our suppliers to do the same. And for our most deserving customers, we offer a 10% discount if they bring their own reusable containers… It’s only right! But what about our food waste? Every year, the average French person throws away between 20 and 30 kg of food. As food artisans, we felt it was essential to play a part in the fight against food waste. To lead this fight, we’ve drawn on the initiatives of innovative young entrepreneurs: Les Alchimistes, Baba au Run, and Phoenix – profiles of these superheroes who are making our bins ring!
