1/ BLAAAZ (a simplified joint-stock company), whose registered office is located at 134 rue Royale, 59800 Lille, France, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” publisher of this website “www.land-and-monkeys.com/en/” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), will only have access to the personal data of Site users that they have provided on the Site “www.land-and-monkeys.com/en/” (i) by filling out a contact or information request form, (ii) by subscribing to the newsletter, or (iii) by submitting an unsolicited application or responding to a job offer.

By providing this personal data, the Site user consents to the Company using said data under the conditions and within the limits defined by this policy.

This personal data is limited to names, surnames, telephone number, email address, and, where applicable, for users who have submitted an application, their CV with or without photograph and cover letter.

2/ This personal data is intended exclusively for the Sales Department, the Marketing Department, the IT Department, and the Human Resources Department of the Company, in particular to process customer feedback, improve the user experience on the Website, and process applications received.

Personal data is not used for any other purpose or transferred to third parties, whether free of charge or for payment.

It may only be shared with the Company’s service providers as needed, including those responsible for hosting the Website, sending newsletters, or the recruitment process.

Personal data will not leave the European Union or will be hosted in countries offering an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable regulations. This data will be retained for the duration of the business relationship with the Company and for the period necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, unless a deletion request is submitted before the end of this period under the conditions defined at the end of this policy.

The Company undertakes to comply with the legislation and regulations applicable to the processing of personal data and, in particular, the French Data Protection Act (law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978) in its consolidated version, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, applicable from 25 May 2018.

The Company has implemented measures designed to protect access to personal data and to ensure the security and confidentiality of this data. However, the Company draws users’ attention to the existence of potential risks regarding the confidentiality of data transmitted over the Internet. Users must also ensure this protection by keeping their login credentials and passwords confidential to prevent any risk of unauthorized access to their account and personal data.

3/ Users are also informed that the Company uses cookies. These are small files containing a few lines of text used to collect information on users’ computers. Cookies cannot contain viruses.

4/ In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, the user has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and transfer their personal data.

The user may also withdraw the consent they previously gave to the Company for the use of said data and object to the processing of their data for marketing purposes.

The user may exercise their rights at any time by sending their request to the Company at the following address: hello@land-and-monkeys.com, including their full name and email address, and providing a copy of their identification.

The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) if they believe that the aforementioned regulations have not been respected.
