Baker Chef
Your missions
As Head Baker, you are the heart and soul of the bakery: the bakery itself. Working closely with the shop manager, your mission is to ensure the production of organic breads and delicious vegan brioches that delight our customers. You manage a team of bakers and apprentices, training them to become the best bakers of tomorrow. You are responsible for organizing the production schedules for breads and brioches, as well as the proofing and baking of pastries. You ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards in your bakery, as well as organic certification procedures. You handle order placement and inventory management. Ultimately, you contribute to the overall success of the shop, promoting a more sustainable bakery model. This is a 40-hour/week position.

You have the qualities of a team leader! Diligent, reliable, and punctual, you are a true mentor to your team.
You have a baking diploma and at least 5 years of experience as a baker. You are proficient in hygiene and safety standards and comfortable using office software (Google Drive, Excel, etc.).
