Your missions
You’re the bakery’s second-in-command! Working alongside your head baker, you produce organic breads and delicious vegan brioches that delight our guests. You mentor apprentices, training them to become the best bakers of tomorrow. You’re also responsible for proofing and baking pastries. You ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the bakery, as well as organic certification procedures. Finally, you contribute to the overall success of the shop, promoting a more sustainable bakery model.

You have a baking diploma and at least 3 years of experience.
