Your missions

You’re the second-in-command at the store! You support the store manager in their duties to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. You guarantee the proper implementation of operational procedures by the sales teams, whom you train and mentor throughout their careers. You contribute to supplier orders, receiving checks, and inventory procedures. You ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards within your store. You manage relationships with B2B clients, delivery platforms, partners, and service providers.

Your superpowers

Committed, reliable, and friendly, you’re the kind of player everyone dreams of having on their team! You love interacting with customers and have a knack for sales. You have some initial experience in a retail management role. You’re comfortable using computer tools (Excel, Google Drive, etc.). You’re proactive and offer solutions to improve your shop’s performance and promote a more sustainable bakery model.
